Type "C" X-Pander Plug

Type "C' X-Pander pipeline plugs are available in 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1 1/4" 1 1/2", and 2" iron pipe sizes and 1/2" copper tube size.  The cork is made of SBR rubber, and all steel parts are zinc-plated.  All plugs are usable with all wrench sizes.

 Double-Length Plugs For Plastic Pipe

Double-length pipeline plugs for plastic pipe are available in 3/4", 1", 1 1/4", 1 1/2", and 2" iron pipe sizes and 1" copper tube size.  The cork is made of SBR rubber, and all steel parts are zinc-plated.  All double-length plugs are usable with all wrench sizes.

X-Pander Wrench

X-Pander pipeline wrenches are used to insert and extract X-Pander pipeline plugs.  Standard sizes are 7", 12", 18", 24", 36", 48", 60" & 72".  All steel parts are zinc-plated.  All wrenches are usable with all plug sizes

Nosecone

X-Pander Nose Cones, used to protect the leading end of new plastic pipe during installation, are available in 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1 1/4", 1 1/2" & 2" iron pipe size and 1/2" & 1" copper tube size.  The corks are SBR rubber.  The washers are zinc-plated.  The cone and the collar are hard aluminum.  No tools are needed to operate X-Pander Nose Cones.  All nosecones are reusable.
